I am passionate about the success of manufacturers. It is this passion combined with deep experience and education as a manufacturing operations professional, that provides me the ability to recognize a manufacturer’s constraints to ongoing success and then to develop and implement a targeted improvement plan. Implementing my plans will strengthen a company’s capabilities by working directly with and developing personnel at all levels of the organization (from owners/executives to front-line supervision and plant-level hourly employees) during implementation. My plans will enhance employees’ skills through training and direct involvement.
