I am passionate about the success of manufacturers. It is this passion combined with deep experience and education as a manufacturing operations professional, that provides me the ability to recognize a manufacturer’s constraints to ongoing success and then to develop and implement a targeted improvement plan. Implementing my plans will strengthen a company’s capabilities by working directly with and developing personnel at all levels of the organization (from owners/executives to front-line supervision and plant-level hourly employees) during implementation. My plans will enhance employees’ skills through training and direct involvement. I've been fortunate to have experiences in various types of manufacturing (batch and process, build-to-order, high volume/low mix, low volume/high mix, highly engineered products, capital equipment, assembly, process and product driven) and various responsibilities (product & process engineering, equipment design, automation, new product development, project management, plant management, operations management, quality control).
